Vintage High Times Content: "I Remember Punk" by Legs McNeil

In the late 70's, High Times magazine began to cover the burgeoning punk rock scene here in the U.S. and abroad. Most notably, they hired Legs McNeil, a writer for the New York based Punk magazine as a semi-regular columnist. In this article Legs reminisces over the early days of Punk magazine and the punk scene at large.
