Vintage High Times Scan: Drying Out by Legs McNeil

Here's a sweet scan of an article by Legs McNeil of Punk Magazine fame. This is from when High Times started to cover Punk Rock in NYC and abroad in the late 70's. I like Leg's writing style, keeps me pretty much riveted, and it's cool to gain insight into the CBGB's scene from someone who was there from the start. Originally printed in the February 1978 issue of High Times.
